I have two iPads and one says activation required and the other one says enter you Apple ID and I do that and it says failed
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: Just the other day because of the Id failure
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not sure I think on my phone but not sure about the iPads
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
