The cursor on my IMac is frozen
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have used it for maybe three years but haven't had any problems
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The new Os about three weeks ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Previously I had the cursor completely frozen and I use to power button to turn it off
