The first thing to check, and maybe you have, is it still connected to the network in your location? Here's help on checking:
4th generation (newer): Go to Settings > Network.
2nd or 3rd generation: Go to Settings > General > Network.
Does it show it is on WiFi, or if it is connected with Cat5,6,7 (Ethernet) cable - does it show it is on the network.
Please let me know what is discovered?
Just wanted to follow up on this, do you still need help getting your Apple TV online?
