it became disconnected with our service and we have tried everything.we have reset the modem and router still not connected
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: we don't know where can I find that
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i may have not sure
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: it was working earlier today , since then i have cleared cookies

it became disconnected to our Wi-Fi network.it was fine earlier in the day and when I turned it on again it wouldn't connect.
