it is disabled - how do I get it back on??
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: don't know what you are asking - I have an apple 5 where would I find what you are asking??
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: My security stopped working and I put in new thumb print about a week ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: turning it off to reboot - no luck - it just keeps coming bafc - disabled - I downloaded ITunes and put it to eub cable - nothing has happened there - I am still hooked up to that
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

Do you have a Windows or Mac computer?

Do you mean you have downloaded / installed the iTunes program on your computer? If yes, what happens when you open the iTunes program on your computer, and connect the iPhone to your computer? Does it show anything in the iTunes program on the computer?
