My IPad is stuck in DFU mode after multiple attempts to update thru ITunes were either unsuccessful or error 3194
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Not sure. whatever came with Ipad Air 2
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i was trying to install an update when this happened tonight.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried to put in restore mode but unsuccessful. was able to put IPad in DFU mode and am unable to get it started again.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have a black screen

Then try to restore via DFU in iTunes
