Hello, good evening, my computer recently slow down a lot I am tryingto google Apple Support Are you guys from Apple Computer
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I have a AppleBook PRO i bought 2012 not sure what windows im using
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: im not sure im old not a tech guy
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: restart the computer

To start with, I need to know the version of mac osx you have on your machine, you can check as follows.

Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Also, have you installed any major updates or upgrades lately?

And, do you see any strange errors, popups, program faults or anything else?
