I'm chris yerger I hve lost all my facebook everything
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: Yesterday about 4:00pm
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have but most of them can't be completed and have to back out
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The computer froze on facebook while I was looking at something. I pulled the plug then pluged it back. Tried to do updates and couldn't. But finally let me in. wason facebook then decieded to use cleaner that is when everything disappeared.
