JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I have a new Android phone....we aren't using Apple...
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes I believe so...a script would pop up "do you want to update?" and I'd say yes...
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am a 2 finger neophyte and have no idea how to troubleshoot
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: am totally confused how this happened...I bought nothing
