Hi, Just bought new iphone the store gave me a number to call that you could talk me thru transferring my data...I did not have my password for what I needed...I am carrying two phones now can you help me from my desktop like he said..
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: just yesterday or two days ago...
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no.. my new iphone has nothing on it...my old one was dying...no updates much done on it...for long time for ATT told me just to pass on it or take into Apple but never did...
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have done nothing!! AT&T told me it would take a while there which I did not have time to stay...
