I have a I7 and I was not able to increase the size or decrease the size. I went into setting and pressed Focus and now my type is so large I can't use or control my phone?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I do not know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The latest software update that was sent to me
