Model A1474 iPad. Asking for password. Don't believe we ever set one. This is the first time one has been requested.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Never
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, my wife installed an update that was suggested. It was after that when a password ***** requested.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none
