Did latest update and phone locked up.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: IOS we think
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: On Monday Nov 7 installed update as prompted and phone locked up!
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went to ATT store but they could not help and advised me to go to Best Buy.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, let him know he is dealing with two older ladies not technically inclined.
