I have been multi-tasking ... have I missed anything ... how is the progress going?

Do you know which photo is giving you issues during transfer?

If you do, you should be able to connect the iPad to the Mac, and open Finder. You may have to do a little poking around, but you should be able to see the files and folders on the iPad while it is connected.

Look for the folder on the iPad that has your photos in it, locate the picture and either:

delete it, or

move it manually by cutting/pasting the image from the iPad to the Mac.

Can you connect? What should I do?
Expert:  Kelly Scriven replied 3 months ago.

I am currently writing up instructions for you to follow, to manually copy the photos from your iPad to your Mac. Looks to be a fairly straightforward process. Give me just one more moment, ok? Thank you so much for your patience!

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Sure ..
But I am downloading nearly 1000 pictures
Expert:  Kelly Scriven replied 3 months ago.

Ok, here is what I found.

Instead of the automatic synchronizing of your photos, allow the sync to fail.

Then, follow these really easy instructions to find the folder where your photos are, and you can copy/paste from your iPad to the Mac.

Hi! I am Justin. I will be helping now.

Expert:  Justin Johnson replied 3 months ago.

Let me look over the issue you are having.

Expert:  Justin Johnson replied 3 months ago.

First I would like to apologize. The previous expert sent you an article that would only help you if your device is jail broken. That is not helpful at all.

This article will actually help you.

I suggest using the piece of the article titled: Transfer photos from iphone or iPad using Image Capture.

Let me know if you need help. Don’t forget to rate my service. Thanks! :)
