Oh gosh Thanks there Pearl I have deleted this device from sharing my iTunes with........How do I reverse this issue. I had 3 devices in the list and deleted 1 this one.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I have no idea.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I tried to install real player and International radio player but I don't think that happened.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: -NONE I JUST TRIED TO LOG BACK ONTO MY ACCOUNT BUT NO OPT TO ADD A DEVICE
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No just these 2 issues........I tunes and Real player
