JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: My Apple tv didno come on
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: checked appletv was plugged in and felt warm. Remote unit was charged over night
