I put on the new IOS system and now I can't use the phone!
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Don't know. I thot it was 10, but I cant turn on system to find out.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only that new system.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turning it off. Starting again. It doesn't even likek mky usual passcode. Put in 4 digits and wanted 6 so I added 2 and that has made no difference.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I could come in today if I can get an appt.
