safari is blocking a web site, but it can be pulled up on all of my other devices.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: ios 9.3.5
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: have done a million things over the last 2 days to try to fix the glitch, but nothing as far as updates
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reset all, cleared all data/history, changed wifi DNS #
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
