JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I am computer illiterate. don't know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes got it all messed up had someone come here to straiten it out but I was in hospital when they came.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: all I could read about icloud on my computer
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i can get to where i log in but it won't take my logins. The gentleman told my wife that I should not have to use passwords anymore but theykeep coming up
