Hi, im trying to get on to itunes connect on my ipadmini64, it wont accept my password ***** i used to purchase movies on my pc, nor does it accept my passcode
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: my username ive hade for several years and my password ***** changed a few months ago, no problem purchasing movies on my pc,using that same password
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i held off installing the latest update on my pc, with my ipad im up to date
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: powering down my ipad to ensure my passcode works; itunes connect will not accept the password ***** the passcode
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: is itunes connect the same as itunes (the ap icon looks different the the icon on my pc)

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is the issue on the iPad or on the PC computer?

Is it asking for the passcode or the Apple ID password?

Are you able to open the Settings app icon on the iPad?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
