Trying to print an excel spreadsheet and all I get is blank page out of the printer
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Sierra 10.12.1
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

Please tell me if the printer gives you a blank page only when printing from Excel, or you get a blank page when printing any other document? If you haven't already, please try to print one text (Word) document and one picture.

Prints word fine. and generally prints simple excel sheets fine as well. From time to time it won't print a selection on a large spreadsheet.
