the outgoing mail doesn't complete. I am trying to send letters to Sweden.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I haven't checked.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Before I called apple and we tried the connection doctor and found the smpt didn't have anything.
