I would like an appt tomorrow morn re my 3 month old 6S iphone
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Yosemite
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes a couple of weeks ago but problem existed from time phone was new
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I took it to Verizon store twice and they could not repair it so that had a refurb sent to my home because it was more than 14 days old.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
