JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Sierra
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that I can remember
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I reinstalled the operating software and I tried opening it in safe mode.
