Since I downloaded 10.11.6 El Capitan I am noticing a change

Customer Question

Hey Jason,Since I downloaded 10.11.6 El Capitan I am noticing a change in emptying trash. For example there is a FLVPlayer.dmg in the trash now. Opera, Safari and Finder are open, nothing else. When I try to delete it I get this message... The operation can’t be completed because the item “FLVPlayer.dmg” is in use... there is nothing left to close.I used to be able to do the Secure Empty Trash and that would take it out but since El Capitan was installed that option is now gone... sigh... help

Restart the computer then try emptying again.

Usually that means you have mounted the image "FLVPlayer.dmg" you have to eject it before you can trash that file.
