Hi, and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you today.

First off, please tap on the Settings app on the iPad.

Next, scroll down on the left and tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars", and then tap your AOL account at the right.

Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom.

Next, go back to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" again, and then tap Add account > AOL.

Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your AOL account one more time. This should do it.

Do keep me posted on the results. If you need more help, please use the Reply box below to continue our conversation.

Otherwise, kindly take a moment to click on (and submit) one of the five stars at the top of this page to rate my service - this is the only way I'll be credited for assisting you today. Thank you.
