did I get you by mistake? I was trying to get Skype customer helpline.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: MAC. And please don't ask me anymore than that- IT gone at the moment :(
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that I know of but if IP did, it wouldn't tell me probably but just do it.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
