I'm trying to send a playlist from my MacBook to my iPhone 6. I'm using iTunes version 12.5...I think
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Sierra version 10.12
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think i'm short an update will that alter iTunes?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none. I'm trying to copy my playlist, but it won't allow it. On my phone, there is no place where my synced phone shows my playlists
