I am getting an " message and cannot access my email. This happened after I made a password *****
JA: What steps have you taken to update the password?
Customer: I cannot access it at this point.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think so. AOL had offered an update. and I 'bit'T! LOL
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None as I did not want to make matters more complex.
