Customer Question

Hi, I am on a labtop. Now since yesterday I have installed a CCleaner and since then I can't Watch Netflix anymore. It always says "we have at the moment difficulties to provide". Now my husband has Netflix since over one year for 9.90 Dollar, sio I can Watch on a 2nd screen, he watches on his tablet. I don't know if it has to do with cookies or????
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I use my Labtop everyday
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Just this CCleaner, and I think he cleaned some cookies
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: My husband did a new passport twice. I went into the CCleaner program and put some cookies back, but really I don't know which ones are really important
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I haven't any other problems with my PC
