The entire content of my email is missing. I do have multiple accounts-but all my emails are gone

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I checked settings but do not think I changed anything having to do with deleting mail

I need to go back to my school work now. Please stop answering-it rings and I have my answer from another source. By the time you answered-I was fine.
