I wasn't to reset this iPad to an earlier day. But keep sos an things I have now.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I don't know.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Something infected the iPad and I can not send copy to my HP copiers anymore. Things like that

Navigate to 'Set up ipad' screen,

Restore from 'iCloud backup',

Tap to Next and provide necessary login details in icloud login (login with your Apple ipad id and password),

You will now see choose back up screen and select 'Latest back up' and click Blu restore button.
