JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yesterday, I was working on a very important file. and the computer shut down. the indesign file says either the files does not exist can you come on line and fix, and what do you charge
