I just updated my Apple ID password and now I cannot login

I just updated my Apple ID password ***** now I cannot login to Apple TV. Its says that my apple ID and password ***** incorrect. I have already reset Apple TV.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: About 5 minutes ago. Everything else is working.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. About an hour ago. I update my laptop. updated my laptop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
