I have just upgraded to macOS Sierra. I was running Quicken essentials but it does not work with this operating system. I have tried to purchase Quicken 2016 for mac but cannot put in my Canadian address - any suggestions?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: MacBook Air 11 inch Early 2015 MacOS Sierra 10.12
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes I just updated to Sierra - my quicken was working before that
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none - I just thought I had to get an updated version but I can't seem to buy it in Canada - when I try to open quicken I get this message "You can’t use this version of the application “Quicken Essentials.app” with this version of macOS."
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
