I bought a Magic Mouse, and it seems it doesnot work with my computer I mean, I turned the mouse on, but Mac is without any reaction, the mouse doesnot work.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: i have two systems, i tried both, Win 7 and OS X Yosemite
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my Win 7 is up to date i never update for OSXYosemite, its 10.10
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i did nothing, i just plug in the USB, and slide tge switch to ON
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: there is no light on, even i plug the usb cable and switched the ON.
