I can't get the authorization to go through. I guess I don't remember the latest password. Can it be emailed to me?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It was at the apple store...about 4 months ago.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not manually. Last one a few months back. Can they come down automatically?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just trying all the passwords that I remember.
