I pressed mail... then preferences and tried doing something to block some junk emails that keep coming and now I am not getting any emails at all. i do not know what I did wrong
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: vodafone.co.nz... is this what you mean?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: um, i dont know sorry. I press the button often to update, i think I did recently?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just going back over what I did, but i am SOO not tech savvy that I can't even remember what i did!
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

You probably set some rules to divert all mails to Junk folder. Open Mail > Preferences. Then click on Rules tab and delete all rules there.

Then click on Junk Mail tab and set Mark as junk mail, but leave it in my Inbox under When junk mail arrives heading.
