Hello, it's not a compute issues, it's an ipad issue. I have just bought a movie from itunes and it gets to 78.8MB of download and then just stops. I have more than enough storage space on the ipad and I have successfully downloaded the movie to my iphone but I don't know what my ipad's issue it. The IOS is the most current version and I have tried turning it off and on.

Customer: other than the ios 10 update a few weeks ago. I just downloaded another movie from itunes successfully last weekend as well
