I just got a new iPhone 7 and it won't connect to my itunes on my PC
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I don't have a Mac but a PC with Windows
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Itunes is updated to the latest version
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I deleted the Lockout folder and have rebooted a number of times. I have even reset the iPhone
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
