Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Safari does not open period.
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

Ok, what Apple page are you referring to?

What does the Apple page show?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
When I click on Safari, a page for Apple shows up listing all the things available.
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

Can you attach a screenshot, or may I connect remotely to take a look?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I have already committed to paying $37 - if you can"t answer my questions, then I'm no where near getting the probem solved.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I'll have to contact someone in this area.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Are you saying this will cost an additional $39?
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

Remote connection is an additional service.

I have asked for a screenshot twice so I may see what this "Apple page" is - we have been chatting for over 20 minutes.

A remote connection can solve this problem swiftly if you cannot attach a screenshot.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I cannot open the page with you on the line. When I click on Safari nothing happens.
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

How are you accessing this chat session now?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
When I couldn't open Safari, I went to Excite.
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

Ok, can you attach a screenshot here of the "Apple page"?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No, I can't open it as long as I'm on this.
Expert:  Pete replied 6 months ago.

Ok, can you please close this, open it, take a screenshot, and return here to attach it?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I'll give it a try.
