I did an upgrade. I tried to send an email and it said they can't connect to my mail.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: asked spotlight, tried the "show my password" It was very long and didn't work. Also I have been getting a prompt for a month to connect to iCloud.
