I tried to sign into ITunes using the password ***** created and it was rejected. I write my passwords down because I have so many. I'm sure I put in the right one, but it was rejected
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Within the last month or so
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I did update firefox
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
