Well the dock doesn't show off when I point my mouse on the

well the dock doesn't show off when I point my mouse on the bottom of the screen, because of the back screen, I can still all the icons of my files, but does the black screen appears on the background?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: OS X EL CAPITAN VERSION 10.11.6. ALSO THE ANNOYING COLOR WHEEL APPEARS, ALL THE TIME EVEN WHEN I TYPYNG, OR DO ANY TASK
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: YES. ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD, PHOTOSHOP
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: NONE SO FAR, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Click the Apple menu in the top left, and click System Preferences to open it.

Then click Dock on the top row, then un-tick "Automatically Hid and Show the Dock".

This step should bring back the Dock, let me know how this part goes, thanks.
