JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: on my ipad?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no it's disabled because of too many wrong passwords entered
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: are you a bot?

Well, unfortunately......Apple has made that impossible.

See the image link below, i pulled it from Apple website, which EXACTLY addresses this issue.

It also says that you can NOT save the data anymore.....and it has to be erased if you wish to continue to use the iPad.

Right now the ipad wont even let me enter a passcode or anything. It says it's disables, and connect to itunes. but Itunes (after holding the reset + home button and doing the reset) says it's waiting for the
