Hi there and welcome

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPad for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo, then release.

Let the iPad restart and tell me if it is now operating correctly.

Let me know the results please.

I am not happy. I saw $5.00 on screen which was ok then I see I was charged $25.00. This was very very deceptive!!
