All the photos in my photo library appear with empty squares and dotted lines around them
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: 10.4.11 Mac OS X
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. I haven't even used this computer recently.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've just kind of haphazardly looked around through lots of files.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. Just that I've got over 7,000 photos that are lost somewhere in my computer.
