all browsers very slow, already did all the standard protocols to clear memory, cache, history, etc, etc
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: progressively worse over last week, now very very slow on all browsers. Shut down, unplugged, cleaned out files, etc etc
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: all the standard ones included cleaning hard drive, emptying cache/history, optimizing memory, shutting down. Don't have any extensions. Always had issues with RAM which is at 50% now but slow, slow
