JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Macbook pro 10.10.5
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Sounds like your keystroke is giving you a problem. Does it unfreeze after you toggle your cursor or move it around.

Go do a search on your macpro for : google.keystone.deamon.plist. If you have that in the folder, delete it out. Seems like the last update Mac had is causing a lot of the cursors to freeze.
