I'm sorry about the issue. Is it asking for your wi-fi / wireless password?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Do you also have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Is your windows 10 PC wireless?

Are you able to open Control Panel on the laptop and the PC?

both are wireless. I suppose I can open the control panel. can't you just let me log on with another password?

Changing the wireless affect will affect your computers. We do not need to change the wireless password; I can retrieve your current wireless password ***** you. Please try the following:

Solution #1:

- Please check at the back / bottom of your 4111N-031 modem for any wireless / security / network key / password ***** passphrase; it is case-sensitive.

Solution #2:

- if that does not work, on your laptop and/or on your PC, open Control Panel

; (if needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window will open)

, then open Network and Internet / Network and Sharing Center.
Then click on your wireless network name on the right of Connections item.
Then click on Wireless Properties.
Then click on the Security tab.
Then select the box at Show characters.
Then you will see the Network security key above it, that is your wireless password ; it is case-sensitive.
